General Information

BCCSC was started in June 1996 by Bethesda (Bedok-Tampines) Church with a vision of reaching out and meeting the needs of the community in the Bedok area. Since then, BCCSC has been serving the needy children, youths, families and the elderly within our community.

We have a range of programmes such as the Integrated Special Student Care Centre; Home Help Services for the elderly; school social work for at-risk youths and counselling services. Every year, BCCSC reaches out and touches lives in need of a helping hand through our Welfare Services.

BCCSC is a voluntary welfare organization and a member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS). Since our inception, we have depended on voluntary donations from individuals and organizations to run our operations and services.
